Biography

I have a BSc in Herbal Medicine from the University of Westminster in London, a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health, Ireland and an MSc in Ethnobotany from the University of Kent in conjunction with The Royal Botanic Gardens Kew. For my MSc I conducted my research on dietary changes and gastrointestinal symptoms amongst Ladakhis in Northern India.  I am also a registered Frequency Specific Microcurrent Practitioner and Instructor.

For five years I was in clinical practice with a team of GPs and some of the most renowned psychiatrists and psychologists in Ireland, who had a more alternative approach to working with mental health issues.

Since returning to the UK I have worked in a GP practice in Fulham, central London. I also provide Nutritional Therapy consultancy for The Haven Breast Cancer Charity Central London branch and The Whittington Hospital in Archway.

I am a member of the The Nutritional Therapy Council, The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and The Royal Society of Medicine.
