Payment is by cash, card or bank transfer. Card payments include an admin fee.

48-hour cancellation policy: appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are charged in full.

For more complex cases, a longer appointment may be required and the price can vary. Herbal medicines are dispensed from the dispensary at The Fulham Health Clinic. A standard one-week mix costs £15–£30, though the price varies with the medicine and dosage prescribed.
